Engraving & Custom Imprinting:
Instructions must be in writing. Type or print clearly in the space provided online exactly how you want your complete imprinting to read.
Custom Orders:
Please call 1-905-849-9747 for custom club shirts, alternative styles of clothing, custom bronze plaques, keepsake items, gift items, club supplies, mugs, glassware, custom trading banners and so much more… These items include leather products, inukshuks, teddy bears, Canadian "red" clothing and more.
Production & Shipping Time:
Custom orders, engraving, imprinting, custom installation, custom design will take 1 to 3 weeks depending on product before shippment. Shipping time depends on courier, holidays and choice the shippment opted by you during checkout. A tracking # will be emailed as and when we ship out.
Retuns:
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS. No returns without return merchandise authorization (RMA #). Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Open Account Terms:
Available only for pre-approved open accounts. Signed orders from authorized club or district officers will only be accepted. Tresurer's email and phone number is required for open account billing. Invoices must be paid within 30 days. 2% interest charged monthly on outstanding balances. Orders subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes.
